Reevaluate Your Calorie Intake

One of the most common reasons for a weight loss plateau is when our body adapts to the changes we make gradually. When this happens, our metabolism slows down, and our body needs fewer calories to maintain its weight. So, take a look at your diet again and see if you are still consuming fewer calories than you burn. A healthy weight loss rate is losing one to two pounds a week, so if you lose more, you may consume too few calories.
