Agoraphobia: The New Normal

Recently, going out for simple errands triggers my anxiety and I am not sure why

Well, maybe I do know why.

I fondly recall the days when I never stayed home.

My pre-pandemic self never considered working from home, getting groceries delivered, or attending events from a zoom platform.

My pre-pandemic self loved dining out in crowded restaurants. I loved shopping in malls. I loved taking my children on big play dates.

Fast forward two of the shortest long years ever, my life has metamorphosed.

What will the next two bring? A regressive shift, I hope.
