We are all citizens of the United States of America.
Please notice there is not a separate designation for Democratic Americans nor for Republican Americans. We are simply all proudly called Americans.
Despite this, extreme Right insists upon adopting their idol’s habit of demonizing their adversaries, insisting on portrayals of fellow Americans as plotting to destroy the country.

The ancient origins of democracy are found in the Ancient Greek society.
In this civilization’s tradition, man of wealth and power gathered in the large commerce centers to have discourse. In this manner, ideas were shared and debated with the goal of arriving at the best decision for the society. Education was a prized status icon and wise decisions were sought.
Today’s version of democracy in the United States differs.
Yes, we have wealthy men have discussions, but we now involve women and people of color as well.
On the matter of education, we differ. While education is still sought by some, others mock the educated.
Seeking to find solutions to our complex problems in mutually beneficial ways? Or are those in power simply seeking self-improvement of their bank accounts?
