As a fan of Stephen King - and yes, the most wannabe, geeky brand - I enjoyed this piece. My favorite was the concept of creating with a closed door and editing/revising with an open door. As a writer, the creative process must be guarded as a precious commodity, while the art of revising requires holding the piece up to scrutiny.
