I learned this lesson over a long, painful journey deep into the reccesses of a rabbit hole I do not care to return.

Doom Scrolling is Over-Rated

I confess to succumbing to the temptation to scroll scroll scroll ad nauseam.

I have squandered a good day, no reason for deep-seeded worries only to go to my social feed, looking for problems. I have bit on the hook of click bait. I have engaged in senseless debate with complete strangers, likely bots, with illogical comments.
