There are many ways to manage stress, anxiety, and depression, but one of the most powerful and accessible tools is creativity. Expressive arts therapy uses creative expression as a means to promote emotional and mental wellness. By creating, we engage with our inner selves and delve into the depths of who we truly are, bringing balance and calm to our inner world.
