Embracing My Weight Loss Journey: A Moment to Appreciate My Progress

Looking in the mirror can be a daunting task for many of us, especially when it comes to our body image.

For years, I dreaded this experience and actively avoided it. But recently, I’ve been able to look in the mirror and feel good about what I see. This newfound confidence comes from my journey and the changes I’ve made to prioritize my health.

Body dysmorphia, be damned!

It’s no secret that weight loss is one of the most challenging things you can do for yourself.

It requires a lot of hard work, dedication, and patience.

After years of failed attempts, I finally found a strategy that worked for me. I started tracking my meals and sticking to a calorie deficit. It wasn’t easy, but the sense of accomplishment I felt as the pounds started to drop off was indescribable.

As I continued on my journey, I realized that my relationship with food needed to change.
