Facts: Weight does impact our mental health and self-esteem.

Fiction: If I can only get to XXX weight, my life will be amazingly perfect.

I’ve been there—feeling down about myself after yet another failed diet or trying to squeeze into clothes that just don’t fit right. It’s easy to get into a mental rut where you feel like all your efforts are futile and you’ll never achieve the body you want.

But I’m here to tell you it’s not true!

Losing weight is as much a mental challenge as it is a physical one. Your mindset is so important in determining whether or not you’ll be successful in the long run.

Friends, our worth isn’t defined by a number on the scale.
