The constant buzz of notifications, endless to-do lists, and the relentless pace of modern life made me feel stressed and anxious. It was in this chaos that I discovered meditation, and it transformed my mental health in ways I never imagined.

The Beginning of My Journey

I remember the day vividly. I was exhausted mentally and physically. The weight of stress was becoming unbearable, affecting my mood and overall well-being.

A friend suggested meditation, something I had always dismissed as too “new age” for me. But desperation has a way of opening your mind, so I tried it.
