Biblical scholars agree with the fact of God’s omnipotence, all knowing, universal state yet insist God is male.

The short answer is that we don’t really know.

But what we do know is that, throughout history, people have conceptualized god in a variety of ways. For some, god is male. For others, god is female. And for still others, god is neither male nor female — god is gender fluid.

The thing is, because god often exists as a concept rather than a physical being, we can never really know for sure what god’s gender is. And that’s okay! Part of the beauty of faith is that it allows us to believe in something even if we can’t see it or touch it. So, if you believe that god is gender fluid, then who are we to say otherwise?

What Does It Mean To Be Gender Fluid?
To understand why some people believe that god is gender fluid, it’s important to first understand what it means to be gender fluid.

Gender fluidity is the idea that one’s gender identity is not fixed and can change over time.
