Great article. As a member of the suddenly homebound leaders, for a few weeks, I felt that I was handicapped in many days.

Since I am not a dinosaur and am capable of adapting, I find myself gaining confidence and skills that I did not previously possess. As we stare into our new realities, I am sure that I am not the first to wonder what we will keep and what we will turn back to doing?
