#2 resonated with me most — the more generous you are with money the more money you have. This is not an intuitive concept but one that I have found true for both myself and in others.

It was not until I strove to give away 10% of my income each week that I discovered the first, money in itself has no value. Second, in giving away money I often discovered ways to conserve what was left and use it in a more effective way that brought even more value.
