If America Is Walking Through the Valley of the Shadow of Death, Let’s Walk Fast

The last decade has tested America's resilience in ways few of us could have predicted.

The relentless polarization, the erosion of democratic principles and the war on truth have left lasting scars. Post-Trump, these wounds continue to throb with pain, causing the country to feel as though it is trudging through a valley of shadows. But here’s the thing about valleys: they’re not endless. They’re meant to be crossed. The key to survival—and ultimately renewal—is to keep moving forward.

If we walk quickly, with focus and vigilance, we can limit the damage, rebuild what’s been broken, and emerge stronger.

Here’s how we can get through the next four years and help our democracy not just survive, but truly heal.
