Mental health is a topic that is often swept under the rug or hidden behind closed doors.

For many, it can be seen as a taboo subject or something to be ashamed of. But the truth is, mental health issues are just as valid and important as physical health issues.

As someone who has struggled with anxiety and depression for most of my life, I know firsthand how challenging it can be to cope with these types of disorders. It’s not easy to wake up every day feeling like you’re carrying a heavy weight on your chest or constantly battling intrusive thoughts.

But here’s the thing—mental health issues don’t define us.

They are a part of us, but they do not make up our entire identity. And it’s important to remember that we are not alone in our struggles.

So how can we cope with these mental health issues and live a fulfilling life?
