As Democrats, we recognize that the strength of our nation lies in its diversity and that embracing this diversity is essential for building a more equitable and united society.
At the heart of inclusive politics is the recognition that every individual, regardless of their background or identity, deserves a seat at the table.
This means actively seeking out and amplifying the voices of marginalized communities — including people of color, LGBTQ+ individuals, immigrants, and individuals with disabilities — who have historically been excluded from the political process. By ensuring that all voices are heard and represented, we can create policies and solutions that reflect the needs and experiences of all Americans.
