Why it matters that a judge has publicly stated Donald Trump is likely to be guilty

As observers to the current political, societal environment, we have become accustomed to a now familiar cycle.

A shocking story breaks, initially from a non-traditional, not-so-reliable sources.

The more reliable news outlets vet the story, do the real work of validating resources, researching, and framing up the story.

The story is reporting on mainstream media, which the far right wing talking heads either, a) deny, b) denounce, c) discount as insignificant.

The Don gives a ‘press release’ (aka Tweets via any number of fake accounts) of the horror of being him, the fake news, or a stolen election. In some special cases it is some combination of these options.

Recently, one federal judge made a stunning determination.

When presented with some information from the J-6 Committee, a federal judge has reached the conclusion of a ‘likely’ crime being committed.
