Life is filled with both good and challenging experiences. Be it work pressure or family responsibilities, stress is inevitable.
With a mindful approach and some proven techniques, we can manage stress and enjoy the moment. We often get so caught up with the daily grind that we fail to appreciate the simple yet beautiful aspects of life. Our happiness is not just dependent on big wins and achievements but also on small moments of joy that we often disregard.
Perhaps I am an odd one, but in times of stress, I put myself last, and I am not okay.
At the very time when demands reach a peak on me, I have found I am in a position with the least amount of psychic reserves to deal with them.
I rarely take time out for myself and prioritize my own needs, as I often feel guilty about taking time away from the demands of others.
