This unexpected side effect of changing my eating habits has me looking for new hobbies, passions, and ways to keep myself busy.
I had no idea how much of my life had been consumed by food.

Now, as I spend fewer resources—time, money, mental energy — thinking about my eating, I have time on my hands.
