The border was unsecured, well the southern border anyway, was an open door to every drug dealing rapist Mexico was shipping our way.
Inflation was an oppressive burden to the people.
This is a summary of the Fox News coverage and we are not surprised. Yet, is there more? Does this extend beyond the ever-predictable bias of the Right news outlets and their doomsday self-fulfilling prophecy?
Days prior to the midterm election 2022, the Republican party tried to convince the voters their world was about to end.
The incessant reporting on the failed economy, soaring inflation, and reportedly failed policy created a barrage of doom and gloom. The reason behind this is clear, as their policies are resoundingly unpopular, discriminatory, and generally not the will of the people. As a result, it was necessary for the GOP to craft messaging to convince Americans they were in danger.
Few examples of this manipulation are as clear as the stock market DJIA trends.
Prior to the the election, performance was down. Claims of recession, depression, and disastrous unemployment filled the headlines.
