The very institutions that have historically propelled societies forward are now under siege, and we find ourselves on the precipice of a new Dark Age. A dangerous wave of inspired stupidity that threatens to drown our collective higher selves is what is driving this descent into intellectual obscurity.
Gone are the days when education was seen as a beacon of hope, a pathway to enlightenment, and a tool for societal advancement.
A rejection of expertise, critical thinking, and a disregard for knowledge characterize the current environment. This shift is not only alarming but poses a grave danger to the foundations of a healthy, progressive society.
