Shaking Off the Pandemic and Getting Back to Being Productive

We are all waking up after a long, deep sleep. We are done social distancing, being in quarrentine, and just plain being shut up in our spaces.

As the world slowly returns to a new kind of normal, many of us are still feeling the effects of months spent in quarantine and possible the COVID-19 virus.

It’s easy to feel overwhelmed and unproductive when our daily lives have been so drastically changed.

My journey has included a case of the long haul COVID syndrome.

After battling the virus for 2 weeks in September 2021, I seemed to slowly be recovering. So slowly.

Just when I thought I cleared the virus and the worst was over came the later symptoms, the dreaded long haul symptoms. Personally, my symptoms included chronic muscle and joint pain, debilitating fatigue, headaches, brain fog and probably the worst, the hair loss.

I am happy to report after 18 months, almost all symptoms have gone away, and I am working to get my life back to something close to…
