Those of us who grew up in the 1980s are stuck.

We are between the baby boomers (so, no you cannot say ‘OK, boomer’ to me) but not quite of the Gen X, Y or Z.

We don’t feel old as our parents did at this age. Our children remind us we are no longer youngsters.

It’s Not Okay, Boomer

We are the empty nesters. We are the parents of adult children who may, or may not, have provided us the next generation by way of grandchildren.

So, now what.

If you are like us, we often struggle to discover the next. Do we travel? Do we start a new business? Do we dedicate ourselves to volunteerism? All of these?
