In case you haven’t noticed, the world is in the midst of a crisis.

No, not the pandemic — I’m talking about the fact that Taylor Swift ticket sales have been slow. The horror. The humanity. The tragedy. It’s enough to make one lose faith in our species entirely.

But before we all descend into total despair, let’s take a moment to appreciate the silver lining in this situation: for once, boomers, gen z-ers, and mature adults can come together and bond over our shared sense of outrage at this manufacturers’ failure to print more $50 bills with Taylor’s face on them. See? We’re not so different after all.

It’s no secret that Taylor Swift is one of the most popular artists in the world — but what does that mean for her ticket sales?
