The Republican Party, traditionally a coalition of business elites, social conservatives, and libertarian thinkers, is now contending with an escalating internal divide. This fracture pits the populist, grievance-driven “Make America Great Again” (MAGA) movement against a rising faction of tech-oriented libertarians, often referred to as the “Tech Bros.” As their ideological rift deepens, the GOP’s cohesion is at risk, raising questions about its future direction.
