Meditation is often associated with peace, tranquility, and a serene mind.

For many, it is a tool to combat stress or carve out a few moments of calm in a busy day. Meditation has been a transformative journey, reshaping my mental landscape and, ultimately, my life.

Discovering Meditation

My introduction to meditation was serendipitous.

I stumbled upon it during a particularly tumultuous period in my life.

The daily grind, coupled with personal struggles, had left me feeling overwhelmed and disconnected. A friend suggested I try meditation, and although I was initially skeptical, I decided to try it.

I started with guided meditations, using apps designed for beginners.

Initially, sitting still and quieting my mind seemed nearly impossible. My thoughts raced, and I often felt more anxious than relaxed. But I persevered, dedicating just ten minutes a day to the practice. Slowly but…
