The New Generation of Fashion Police — Conservatives Regulate Clothes

Today’s conservatives are striving to control what is worn, by whom it is worn, and determining who can wear it.

You may have heard the term “fashion police” being thrown around in reference to those who critique people’s clothing choices.

However, a new generation of fashion police has emerged, and they are not critiquing just anyone.

This group is the conservatives who are trying to regulate what people can and cannot wear. As a liberal and an advocate for personal freedom, I find this attempt at legislation to be both absurd and concerning.

How Did We Get Here?
The notion of fashion regulations has been around for a while, often being associated with laws regulating school dress codes.

However, in recent years, conservatives have tried to extend these regulations to the broader public.
