Thought provoking article!

I would like to suggest that the act of doing ‘just enough’ and ‘avoiding challenges’ are intertwined. Never being challenged by a leader leads to mediocrity. As a leader my job is to do that — not accept simply meeting the goals in a task and further challenging my team to stretch themselves. A.K.A. Steve Jobs.
