The holidays are often a time of joy and celebration, but for some, it can also be a period of high anxiety.

The festive season is right around the corner, and for many of us, it’s the happiest time of the year. However, for some individuals, it can be a time of severe anxiety and stress. Between the countless gatherings, gift-shopping, and family obligations, it’s no wonder anxiety during this season is common.

Granted, the holiday season is meant to be a time of joy, cheer, and great memories with loved ones.
