Trump’s Lawyers Aren’t Bothering to Claim He’s Innocent: What Does This Say?

A striking observation has emerged in the ongoing saga of Donald Trump’s legal battles: his lawyers aren’t bothering to claim he’s innocent.

Instead, they seem laser-focused on discrediting the prosecution’s witnesses, lawyers, and theories. This begs the question: Why aren’t they defending his innocence?
