Twitter Employees are Required to Address Elon Musk as “Your Royal Emporer” Reports Insiders
Multiple reports have confirmed Elon has notified all of the social media outlet’s employees he will only respond to the title of the Royal Emporer effective immediately.
The news, which has been confirmed by multiple insiders, is a major shakeup for the popular social media platform.
Sources close to Twitter confirm Elon has demanded all employees address him as “Your Royal Emporer” whenever they communicate directly with him. The move follows a series of layoffs earlier this year as part of the company’s rebranding process.
Though employees were surprised at first, many have embraced the new title and are now addressing Elon as “Your Royal Emporer” during their daily interactions with him. A few have even gone so far as to add a royal flourish when signing off emails or texts directed towards him.
The new title is expected to remain in effect until Elon officially steps down as CEO, or until the company decides to change its branding again.
