Many of us are looking for ways to slow down, focus, and find peace in a world that seems to be moving faster every day.

Mindfulness and meditation are powerful practices that can help us achieve these goals. They are often mentioned together, but what exactly are they? How are they different, and how can they benefit us?

What is Mindfulness?

Mindfulness is being fully present and engaged in the current moment.

It involves paying attention to our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment with a sense of curiosity and without judgment. Mindfulness is about noticing what’s happening right now rather than getting lost in thoughts about the past or worries about the future.
