What bravery to write this!

I too am not my family's dream, in fact I am likely the nightmare. You see I am a feminist liberal born in a rural Ohio county. I refused to concede to marrying a local boy, refuse to defer to male superiority. Sadly, thanks to social media and the internet, I am an outed member of my family, not likely to be invited to any wedding or family reunion. Rest assured, all family's have their pariah, regardless of color or creed.
