Holistic health depends upon three vectors of our lives, requiring them to all be in balance.
Physical health refers to the overall condition of our bodies. It is important to eat a healthy diet, get regular exercise, and get enough sleep to maintain good physical health.
Emotional health refers to our ability to manage our emotions in a healthy way. It is important to be able to identify and express our emotions in a healthy way and to cope with stress and challenges in a constructive manner.
Mental health refers to our ability to think clearly, make decisions, and solve problems. It is also important to have good mental health in order to cope with stress and challenges in a healthy way.
