X (the App Previously Known as Twitter) Has Devolved Into the Dark Web

Since Elon Musk rebranded, repurposed, and renamed the Bluebird, it has fallen into a deep, dark place.

For full disclosure, I was never a huge fan of Twitter.

The character limit of tweets was initially unique, yet it limited not only messaging but also the depth of meaningful communication. I found Twitter to be simply an echo chamber for like-minded folks.

On the positive side, I found the ease of setting up multiple profiles to segment my online personas and the ability to quickly switch to be an asset.

Yes, he spent $44 billion with a ‘B’ in a move that shook investors and the public alike.

What ensued next was a total rebranding of the app, which was now referred to as X, or the App Previously Known as Twitter (APKT).

At first, things seemed relatively normal; however, this quickly gave way to an online abyss of sorts. What started out as somewhat of a new social media platform quickly became a hotbed of innovation and creativity.
