Yes! Agreed!

We have seen this in the past from this gutless SCOTUS. They leave their biggest, most controversial rulings, often against the grain of the Constitution and the will of the people, to the very last, until the end of the session. They retreat to their fortresses to cower and sit unaccountably away from the world.
