Yes! Urban gardening is our way to work through this issue.

Frankly, it was not until I began traveling internationally that I truly understood how poor the quality of food is in the United States. In other, supposed '3rd world countries,' the food sources are far superior and cheaper. We would do well to study other countries' approach to food sourcing.
