Yes, yes and yes!

Having recently left an evangelical church whose pastor mentioned the persecution of Christians at least daily, their pain is at best self-imposed, at worst gaslighting.

In so many cases, what they call persecution is simply empowering the non-Christian to have the same rights as Christians.
