You are not alone!

In the days, weeks and months leading to the 2016 election I was this guy.

This time around, with lessons learned and for the sake of my mental health, I limit my social media politics to comments on others posts once only. I do not engage in the back and forth that inevitably devolves into my being called a snowflake liberal.

So far, this has been a successful strategy.
